We recommend and prefer the robust Nuway or Bentone burners for elution heaters.

Most sites underestimate the importance of the incinerator's duties onsite. Some consider that the elution heater and other gold recovery equipment takes priority, but we disagree. Waste disposal to minimize the environmental impact and safely discard of hazardous materials plays an equally important role.

We supply genuine Alfa Laval stainless or titanium plates and gaskets used for the primary and recovery heat exchangers of the gold recovery equipment, the elution heater. We can offer onsite services for cleaning and rebuilding the heat exchangers.

Boilers pose a higher risk than thermal oil systems and require additional maintenance compared to other gold recovery equipment commonly found onsite.
